I write to thank you and the group for playing at our Annual Conference Banquet in Stratford upon Avon and entertaining us with your superb musical talents.

As we have requested, you kept us on the dance floor all evening with your lively performance.

I have since received many compliments about your band and I am sure sure you will subsequently gain further engagements in the future.

We hope you enjoyed the evening in Stratford up Avon and we wish Metropolis all the best for the future.
